Our Mission & Philosophy

Engineered for Innovators.

We believe that the gap between a great idea and a physical product should be as small as possible. That’s why we source and supply high-quality 3D printing materials and essential hardware designed for real-world applications.

Damza Technologies Workbench Philosophy

Outfitting Your Workbench for Functional Engineering

We aren't just selling plastic; we are outfitting your workbench with the exact specifications you need to build functional, durable assemblies. From high-tolerance PLA and PETG to the essential fasteners that hold your mechatronics projects together, we are your dedicated partner in fabrication.

Precision Polymers

Calibrated 1.75mm PLA, PETG, and TPU filaments engineered for zero-clog extrusion, high dimensional accuracy, and layer bond strength.

Industrial Fasteners

Knurled brass heat-set inserts and hex socket bolts engineered to eliminate stripped threads and enable reusable mechanical joints.

High-Speed Prototyping

Bambu Lab high-speed print farm capabilities delivering rapid turnaround quotes and nationwide doorstep logistics across Nigeria.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

Every quote is generated using four deterministic production metrics: (1) Material Weight Cost: Exact geometric volume (cm³) × polymer density (PLA: 1.24 g/cm³, PETG: 1.27 g/cm³, TPU: 1.21 g/cm³) × infill density ratio + solid perimeters = total grams. Charged at PLA (₦40/g), PETG (₦35/g), TPU (₦75/g). (2) Machine Print Time Cost: Bambu Lab A1 kinematic throughput (65 cm³/hr for rigid polymers, slower ~30 cm³/hr for TPU) + layer count (0.20mm standard height) + auto-bed leveling overhead. Charged at machine hourly rates: PLA & PETG (₦1,500/hr), TPU (₦2,500/hr). (3) Base Production Cost: (Material Cost + Machine Time Cost) × 1.20 (20% standard operational margin). (4) Low–High Range: Low estimate reflects optimal print speed; high estimate (+25%) accounts for complex overhang support structures, fine surface geometries, or solid structural walls.
